Pricing and Payment

The accepted forms of payment can be done through credit card or by check.
Your Appointment
You do not have to be present during your cleaning appointment. Kuhl Kleans ask that you provide us a key or code so that we can enter your home.
All cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancellations that are done within the 24 hour window prior to arrival will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
All cleanings that fall on a holiday will automatically be rescheduled the following day unless instructed otherwise.
Your credit card will be charged the day of your appointment.
Warranty
If you are not satisfied with the results of the cleaning service, Kuhl Kleans will provide a redo appointment free of charge.
Cleaning Supplies
Kuhl Kleans provides their own cleaning equipment and supplies; however, customers are welcome to provide their own equipment and supplies if desired.

Kuhl Kleans offers services to the greater Richmond area. This includes the following cities/towns:
- Henrico County
- New Kent County
- Goochland County
- Richmond City
- Hanover County
Kuhl Kleans provides to cover costs if any damage is done during a cleaning appointment.
Trust and Safety
Yes. Our online payment system uses of Stripe, which is one of the world's largest online payment processors. No critical credit card information is stored on our servers and all communication is encrypted with an SSL certificate.
